1.About exchange or return product：

2. Unable to accept no reason to return service scope：
1）Any item not sold from Pachan
2）Any used item
3）Any item which lack of packaging, product manuals, product packaging boxes, warranty cards, etc. affect secondary sales
4）Any item which causes quality problems due to improper use, storage, or improper maintenance
5）The item has been invoiced but the invoice has not been returned
6）Customized goods without any quality problems, return will not be accepted.

3. The delivery cost for return or exchange goods：
Due to the quality of the return or exchange needs, the freight is borne by Pachan.
The return request for personal reasons, the return shipping cost and the initial shipping cost of the order are borne by the customer:
